With firecrackers blaring outside the window, the diamond sand saw of Hongsheng Tianjin's new factory was closed and started. The first piece of marble in the new factory will be born today-June 12, 2016.
The full name of Hongsheng New Factory is Tianjin Xincheng Hongsheng Stone Co., Ltd. It is a modern stone processing enterprise newly built in Tianjin by Beijing Hongsheng Stone Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hongxing Stone Group. It is located in the third phase of Beijing-Tianjin Shidu, Jiuyuan Industrial Park, Baodi District, Tianjin.
Tianjin Xincheng Hongsheng covers an area of 35000 square meters and a construction area of 40000 square meters. It has modern industrial plants and advanced stone processing equipment. It is equipped with 5 diamond sand saws, 2 sets of fully automatic mills and drying lines. The annual processing capacity of marble plates exceeds 600000 square meters.
It has more than 30 sets of advanced processing equipment at home and abroad, such as infrared bridge cutting machine, copying machine, stone wire machine, more than 200 skilled workers, and strong stone processing capacity.
