Market Overview
The total planned area of the project is 3100 mu, with a total investment of 10.5 billion yuan and a total construction area of 2.3 million square meters. It is planned to introduce 4000 enterprises and merchants, with products and markets covering more than 20 countries and regions such as Italy, Turkey and South Korea.
Xianghe Stone City by the Xianghe County Government officially approved and was listed as a key project in Hebei Province. The project was approached in May 2014, construction started in July, and all projects are planned to be completed in June 2018. Among them, the first phase of the project (Area A) is planned to cover an area of 800 mu, with a total investment of 2.52 billion yuan and a total construction area of 400000 square meters. It was officially delivered to merchants on July 17, 2015. At present, the investment of 1.2 billion yuan has been completed, 28 R & D, design, display, logistics and trading centers, 48 headquarters settlement centers and 8 supporting living facilities have been completed, and the interior decoration and ancillary facilities are under construction. The second phase of the project (Area B) is located on the east side of National Highway 103. It is planned to cover an area of more than 1300 mu. Construction began in April 2015. The first batch of commercial outlets is planned to build more than 300 households, covering an area of 200 mu. At present, the basic project has been basically completed and capped by the end of July. The third phase of the project (Area C) is located in the south of the South Ring Road on the west side of National Highway 103. It is planned to cover an area of 1000 mu. At present, 12 exhibition halls with a construction area of 160 mu and a construction area of 100000 square meters have been completed. Road hardening in the project area has been completed and some merchants are entering the site for decoration.
