The Beijing-Tianjin Shidu Headquarters Base is jointly invested and built by dozens of enterprises such as Tianjin Baokun Urban Construction and Development Co., Ltd., Hongxing Stone, Dongsheng Co., Ltd., Jiesheng Stone, and Jiujiu Stone. The total planning area is more than 8000 mu, with a planned investment of 16 billion yuan, and the development and construction will be carried out in five phases. In addition to the production and processing area and storage area, the base will also be equipped with a professional stone trading market group, an architectural decoration design area, a stone boutique display center, a logistics and distribution service area, an e-commerce center, and a living area and a comprehensive commercial service area for people's clothing, food, housing and transportation.
At present, the third phase of the 1. 2. of the base has developed 3000 mu of construction land, with a basic investment of about 8 billion yuan. With the advantages of superior location, strong strength and great influence, it has attracted more than 80 domestic stone enterprises to settle in. At present, there are 60 large-scale and powerful enterprises in the entire base that have completed the basic construction and officially put into production. There are nearly a hundred marble saws. Imported stone raw materials from dozens of countries and regions are directly transported here from Tianjin Port, making Beijing and Tianjin Shidu Have very strong stone production and processing capabilities.
